no retreat October 31, 2007

this year there will be no staff retreat in some fancy hotel and yummy 7-course dinner.

instead staff retreat will be held in NTU. for one and half day. sucks right?

at least last year when we were cooped up in the hotel going over case study, we still had da comfy bed and bath tub to come back to. not forgetting we got to dress up.

but this year, we certainly gonna be cooped up again in some air-conditioned room, poring over crap case studies. wasting one and half day in my opinion.

all bcause of the musical. sigh….

im sori i used the word ‘despise’. coz i dont despise anibodi. truthfully. mayb i was angry at dat point of time. dissapointed is the more appropriate word to use. once again im sori.

coz all dis while, i thot the friendship was still going strong. we drifted apart. somting i cannot deny. but i had faith dat no matter how far we move on, we still had our friendship to hold on to. our friendship will still be dere to give us strength. it would last us a lifetime, till we get old.

but i was so wrong.

i want it to stop here. i juz dont feel for yous animore. the feeling of love we often declare for each other is juz not there animore.

for the years of friendship we had, the fun we had, the love we had….i juz want to say im sori if without realising it, ive hurt ani feelings thru my words and actions, by doing things dat pushed yous from us, by not including yous in my daily life. coz till recently, i didnt know i did somting wrong.

mayb somtimes its betta to voice out isnt it. den to keep quiet and destroy a friendship. but everything happens for a reason. altho i still cant comprehend wats da reason.

i thot, i thot there were onli 2 weeks left to the hols. but i thot wrong.

forgetting to check the calender of event, with all confidence, i thot dis week is the 9th week. but obviously its only the 8th week of the school term.

and all of laz week, i was bragging to Hubby dat ive onli got 2 weeks left till da hols. Hubby got da laz laugh wen i admitted my selenger mistake yesterday. 3 more weeks lah Hubby.

3 more weeks to endure da kids. da kids get xtra hyper and crazy after da exams.

and my school is super ON coz da exams are over for us. da laz day to key in marks into da cockpit is dis friday. fortunately im done with all da markings. left with da keyings.

wat ive realised recently, even da most demure, sweet looking, person who you once regarded as a sister can hurt your feelings with words, nevertheless. stinging words!

expressing out the words, without thinking for a moment, mayb those few sentences can bring tears to dat sombodi. sombodi close to my heart. who onli wanted happy tings to happen to us. who were there when we transformed from singles, engaged and our marriage. who were there for every single problem, everytime we needed a shoulder to cry on, a place to run to.

mayb now it doesnt matter. coz we have gone on to different paths. regard dat we have moved on, i told her. dont cry for her, coz its not worth it, i told her.

for making her cry, i despise you!

and frienships dont always last. welcome to the real world.

turning 2-6 wasnt dat bad. altho Hubby wouldnt stop teasing dat 3-0 is juz 4 years away. bah! noti Hubby!

i got my promised bday treat. even got to watch a movie togeter, ‘the brave one’. its crappy. dont watch it and waste your moolah. like i wasted Hubby’s. i gif it 1 & half popcorn. its dat bad and longgggggg…..

ive yahoo-ed ‘fried fish soup’ but have not found da recipe. all i got were recipes for fish soup. but i dont want fish soup…but fried fish soup.

wen da clock striked 12, ive officially turned 2-6!

Hubby is at work. but he has promised a day of treats tomoro for his bday laydee.

mama wants to bake for her 2-6 daughter a chocolate bday cake tomoro.

all i want for my bday is to wake up late tomoro.

2-6 is not that far from da big 3-0 is it?

i have always been a big fan of gol & gincu. i wasnt initially but caught da bug after my parents watched everi episode of it too. thot it was da typical teenager cintan cintun drama but while it does revolve around love triangles. it also focus on other issues such as friendship and family.

very interesting & farni drama. i’ll gerenti you’ll smile along and root for da characters, even da sidekicks.

season 1 ended quite somtime ago. season 2 gonna start soon. so go catch it
