Qaisy & Laila

Dere is a new Malay movie, titled “Qaisy & Laila”. Written by famous Malaysian composer Habsah Hassan. The RM2.1mil movie, produced by Habsah Hassan of Serangkai Film and Ruhani Rahman of Nizarman Sdn Bhd, features actors Jehan Miskin, Nur Fazura, Umie Aida and Radhi Khalid. Qaisy (pronounced Qo-esh) & Laila is set against the backdrop of war-torn Afghanistan. It was shot in Quetta, a border town between Pakistan and Afghanistan and also KL.

Qaisy dan Laila is a love story between an Afghan young man, Qaisy, and a Malaysian medical relief volunteer, Laila. The gist of the story has Qaisy cutting short his studies in Malaysia to return home to look after his little sister when the rest of his family members were killed in the war. There he meets Laila who joins a Malaysian medical relief group to look for adventure

Dis movie is not your typical love story although the main plot revolves around two lovers. So its pretty interesting. Go and watch it ok.

Cat pee

Was so exhausted yesterday dat I slept wifout offing da comp and da TV. And Im sori Mira coz I didnt help you out wif your article.

So I woke up suddenly at 8am finding my feet and bed wet. I tot for a moment dat I was dreaming. After 5 seconds, realised I was certainly not dreaming and tot I was da one who peed on da bed. You muz be tinking “Huh, dah tua2 pun ngompol ke??”. Well, u neva know, dese kind of tings may happen to old people like me rite.So I confirmed it was not me. Den I juz remembered dat I forgot to let my old cat, Comot, out yesterday. Confirm she was da one who pissed on my bed, my feet and my pillow. And she had da cheek to meow at me asking for sympathy (or food) wen I went to da toilet to clean up. I juz kept telling Comot to “Shut Up!!”.

But da anger onli lasted for like 10 mins. Well, she’s a cat. Wat does she know. Im at fault for not letting her out. I still love you ok Comot.

Dese cats in my house, all so many personalities and habits dat irritates da hell of of da family. Comot, da old and big one, greets you in the morning with her constant meowing. Obviously asking for food. She eats a lot. But well, she’s big. And she may look big, but she is one kedi, penakut cat. Wenever dere’s thunder, she will start running to da toilet or one dark corner in da house to hide. Badan aje besar!! She’s cute lah.

And dere’s Ciput. Da only male in da haus. I got him from SPCA coz my X wanted a cat so much. I kol him ‘kucing giler’ coz wen he goes crazy (which is like moz of da time), do not ever even attempt to touch him coz he bites and scratches you. No fun! And he likes to meow so damn loud in da middle of da nite seeking attention wen da family haf all gone to sleep. Its like he sleeps in da morning and afternoon but comes alive in da middle of da nite. He’s also a big bully. He wrestles Kenit (da smallest and youngest) one wifout mercy. He’s one naughty cat but I love him. Wen he in da manja mood, he starts rubbing his head against my body…gatal!

And da laz one and my precious, Kenit. She sleeps wif me everi nite and follows me everi where, even da toilet. Wen I bathe, she sits in front of da toilet till I finish and den follow me to my room. She likes to suck my ears. Its ticklish at first but I’ve gotten used to it. Den my ears becom all wet wif her saliva. Hehehe. I miz her so so much wenever I go away from home for a few days. I found her under at a staircase at B.Batok. Da first time I carried her, she zoomed in to my ear. I tot she wanted to bite me. Dis Kenit has got dis irritating habit of peeing in front of my room wenever I dont let her into my room. And den I am da one to hear nagging from my mom. Its ok, I still sayang my Kenit.

So dere, my Momot, Putput and Netnet. Da loves of my life. Hehehehe.
